A handful of UN observers took their tour of Syria, hot spots
Wednesday as the envoy Kofi Annan urged the rapid deployment of the
full, 300 men of mission, and expressed alarm over persistent violence Air Jordan Shoes .

But UN peacekeeping chief Herve Ladsous said it would take a month to get the first 100 of the strength of 300 members in Syria.
He said the Security Council that Damascus would not accept monitors,
the coalition of Western and Arab countries in the so-called friends of
Syria, which supports the Syrian opposition.
The Syrian government has also blocked at least one observer because of his nationality, added the official.
